How to Send Your Blades

We do not sharpen reels from a reel mower

OPTION 1You send us your mower blade/blades and we will return them to you with a brand new sharp edge! You will receive an order confirmation email that will include the shipping address to send the blades. Please be sure your blade/blades are packaged very well. Do not be scared to go overboard on taping the package securely.

YOU are responsible to insure your blade/blades when shipping them to us. We are not responsible for the blade/blades if they are lost or damaged in transit from you to us. If your blades are lost in transit from you to us, you are responsible to file the claim with the carrier. 

 

OPTION 2 - We will send you blade packaging material along with a pre paid return shipping label. Once we receive your blade we will inspect, clean, balance, and sharpen them before we return them back to you.  If by chance your blades are lost or damaged in transit to you or from you we can file a claim with UPS. Once the claim is accepted we will replace the blade.  

DO NOT send us your mower blades if they are damaged, bent, cracked, or badly nicked. Please refer to our "Bad Mower Blades" page  for more details. If we receive "bad blades" from you we will contact you and go over your options before we proceed any further. 

 

WARNING! USE CAUTION WHEN OPENING YOUR NEWLY SHARPENED BLADE! YOUR MOWER BLADE WILL BE VERY SHARP!
